Built at the end of the 19th century in the "Neustadt", the "Palais Universitaire" is located less than 1km from the Cathedral Square in the city centre. A 15-minute walk through the Great Island of Strasbourg (historic centre) will take you to the building hosting the JEMP 2021 conferences. Strasbourg station is 30 minutes' walk away and Entzheim airport is served by a regular regional TER line.

The "Palais Universitaire" is served by excellent transport links:

    * Tramway : lines C // F // E - "Gallia" tram stop; then, follow "q
    * Bicycle: self-service bicycles (also for short time period): vélhop
    * Car: personal vehicle or self-service car: citiz
Many parking spaces (for bicycles and cars) are available near the "Palais Universitaire".

When you get off the TGV at Strasbourg station, the whole city is at your feet and the cathedral is 15 minutes away.

 

By road

The A4 motorway runs through the city from north to south.

- From Mulhouse or Paris (France)
On the highway, exit "Avenue des Vosges", go along the “Avenue des Vosges” and in its extension, “Avenue d'Alsace”. You arrive to the place “Sebastian Brant”: turn right towards "Krutenau"; after 100 meters, you see the "Palais Universitaire" on your left.

- From Kehl (Germany)
After the border, take direction "Palais de l'Europe" by road from the small Rhine on the right. At the next intersection, take "Strasbourg Centre" then "Place Arnold." You are on the “Avenue de la Forêt-Noire”. “Place Sébastien Brant” arrived, take the first left, direction "Krutenau"; after 100 meters, the "Palais Universitaire" is on your left..
